Resistance against the god of the Underworld is futile, especially for Minthe, a nymph who fell for its damnable king... and her lover, the spring goddess who unwillingly becomes his queen. Bound together by fate, desire, and hope, the three of them unwittingly set a course for the destruction of the Underworld's status quo itself.

Inspired by Halsey's 2021 ablum If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power, A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson, and the abduction of Persephone in Greek mythology, Minthe is a three-episode (about 75-90 minutes to listen to) audio drama about the perils of loving the wrong people, defiance in the face of abusers, and ultimately the ways we can free ourselves and each other from such a dark fate.

All auditions must be submitted by June 30th, 2025 by 11:59 PM CST.

All pay rates were calculated with a $0.15 per word count in mind.
All of the payments hinge on the Kickstarter getting fully funded, so I will not be able to officially book you if you get the part until the results of the Kickstarter are in. I will let you know the Kickstarter results as soon as feasibly possible after the ending of it.

Minthe is a river nymph mistress of Hades and lover of Persephone, the main character, and the lead narrator (has 7,166 spoken words with a flat rate of $1,100 USD). I am looking for someone who speaks clear English and is an Adult with strong fem-vocals. Despite the inner strength she has and buries for the sake of her toxic main love interest, Hades, Minthe is sharper around the edges and is prone to starting fights that she never wins with Hades.
Minthe's lover, Persephone, is a spring goddess-turned-Queen of the Underworld (has 1,752 spoken words with a flat rate of $300 USD). I am looking for someone who speaks clear English and is an Adult with softer fem-vocals. On the kinder side in terms of all of the characters' personalities, she is fiercely loyal to those she loves and will use her plant-based powers to protect them from attackers... even if she won't do that for herself.
As the main love interest and villain of the audio drama, Hades is a darker take on the popular figure in Greek mythology (has 724 spoken words with a flat rate of $150 USD). I am looking for someone who speaks clear English and is an Adult who can do cruel and seductive masc-vocals. As the God of the Underworld, he is an entitled prick with a superiority complex who enjoys pushing people around and treating Minthe and Persephone as disposable objects.

I have no accent preferences as the end goal is to have voice actors who mesh well with their respective characters' personalities and the other vocals.
